Daniel Parsonage

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel, as the founder of Zone Global, brings to the organisation more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and has held senior positions in NZ, AUS, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.  With a Strong understanding of Global markets and trends, He currently oversees all sales activity as well as business development and organisation management of Zone Global’s UK/Europe division.

Daniel supports Zone, and our clients, via his extensive knowledge of sales, product, supply chain, bid management, client retention, customer management, logistics, and retail solutions within the wireless telecommunications industry.  That combined with a high degree of business acumen, ensures Zone has the ability to develop and implement successful new business initiatives to meet our ever changing client demands.

Nigel Sparrow

Chief Operating Officer

Nigel joined Zone’s Executive team in 2012 bringing a wealth of experience from 20 years in the Mobile / Telecommunications industry.  With a  strong commercial background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics management obtained form years in the 3rd party service industry and Mobile OEM / Network organisations, Nigel  has covered business, consumer, and care channels across the Asia Pacific telecommunications arena.

Seeing a growing need for sustainability as part of the reverse logistics inventory optimisation, Zone Global partner with our customers to identify return drivers and tackle root cause process change. We restlessly strive for cost savings while ensuring customer experience metrics and our environment are never compromised.

Kumar Hensman

Chief Information Officer

Kumar has a very respected and proven track record within the Australian Telecommunications industry spanning almost 30 years. During his tenures at the various carriers he has helped in the formulation and implementation of highly effective operational strategies to optimise return on investment, Stakeholder/Vendor engagement, Product servicing and Reverse Logistics operations. However, over the last few years his focus has primarily been on reverse logistics operations and more importantly on strategy development and operations surrounding Re-commerce activities.

Ross is vastly experienced in design and development of data-driven digital transformations that challenge the status quo to drive significant growth and cost benefits whilst always being focused on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Todd Buckley

Group General Manager

Todd is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 30 years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Todd is skilled in managing and developing businesses with an emphasis on high-performing people and sales culture. He has an impressive depth of experience working within wholesale distribution, device manufacturing, telco operators and retail operations.

From running successful businesses across the Pacific for over 15 years to working for Circles. Life–Asia’s fastest-growing digital telco, offering a SaaS solution for global operators.

Todd’s role is primarily spearheading the B2B and B2C business and building on the high-performing operation across the Pacific, Asia, UK and Europe.

Shula Purisima

Operations Manager

Shula has been working in the Telecommunications industry for a number of years and has hands-on management experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Customer Service. Her tenure has seen her develop and maintain relationships with various suppliers and OEMs, as well as develop and implement processes to ensure greater stock visibility and stock control within the warehouse operations.

As Operations Manager, Shula’s focus is to ensure the smooth operation of our Australian warehouse/offices by implementing and driving a wide range of initiatives that have our customers at heart.

Craig Horder

Technology & Infrastructure Sales Manager

Craig has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 5 years, dealing with telcos, OEMs, ISPs, Service Providers & Integrators across the globe. He brings a slightly different dynamic to Zone Global, with experience & abilities in the sale and recovery of telecommunications hardware & accessories spanning core, mobile, transmission, fibre & edge networks.

With strong sourcing knowledge and expertise in CAPEX & OPEX reduction, Craig strives to assist customers with the longevity of assets, legacy telecom & IT networks, offering cost savings for new developments & upgrades. All of this whilst being able to identify revenue streams within legacy & decommissioned networks, ensuring sustainability targets are met and upheld.

Craig also brings strong business development knowledge–vital to acquiring new customers across all sectors including Telco, Government, Retail & Utilities.
