Daniel, as the founder of Zone Global, brings to the organisation more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and has held senior positions in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. With a strong understanding of global markets and trends, he currently oversees all sales activity as well as business development and organisational management of Zone Global's UK/Europe division.

Daniel supports Zone, and our clients, via his extensive knowledge of sales, product, supply chain, bid management, client retention, customer management, logistics, and retail solutions within the wireless telecommunications industry. That combined with a high degree of business acumen ensures Zone has the ability to develop and implement successful new business initiatives to meet our ever-changing client demands.

Nigel joined Zone's executive team in 2012 bringing a wealth of experience from 20 years in the mobile/telecommunications industry. With a strong commercial background in procurement, supply chain, customer service and logistics management obtained from years in the third-party service industry and mobile OEM/network organisations, Nigel has covered business, consumer, and care channels across the Asia-Pacific telecommunications arena.

Seeing a growing need for sustainability as part of the reverse logistics inventory optimisation, Zone Global partners with our customers to identify return drivers and tackle root-cause process change. We restlessly strive for cost savings while ensuring customer experience metrics and our environment are never compromised.

Kumar brings to the organisation more than 30 years of experience in the Australian telecommunications industry. Having worked across various carriers, he has developed and implemented operational strategies focused on optimising return on investment, stakeholder and vendor engagement, product servicing, and reverse logistics operations.

In recent years, Kumar has concentrated specifically on reverse logistics and re-commerce strategy development and operations.
